• Meals will be delivered to your door, ready to consume.
• Minimal heating time may be required for some items.
• Please ensure someone is home to receive meals during scheduled delivery window. Unless otherwise arranged, items will not be left on a porch, front door etc.
• If no one answers the door, and re-delivery needs to occur, you will be moved to the bottom of the delivery list and meals may not arrive during scheduled window.

• Meals will include all listed items and accompaniments.
• Servingware, flatware and dinnerware are not included

• All items are custom-made just for you.
• Any cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery time.
• For orders cancelled within allotted time frame, money can be refunded, less 10% processing fee. 

Ready to Eat (RTE -Delivered hot to your door): With the RTE meal option, you will select that day’s meal option only. These meals will be delivered to your door within a selected delivery window. Current delivery windows are: 4:30 – 6:00 for 32259 and 32258 and 5:00 -6:30 for 32223 and 32257
